    Abstract: 本研究鑑於金融海嘯衝擊下,金融從業人員一夕成為工作權受威脅之弱勢族群。特藉由文獻回顧與問卷調查方式,以台南縣、市及高雄縣、市之銀行員工為對象,探討外在環境變異認知、職能及組織人力應變措施對工作危機感之影響。從359份有效問卷之實證結果顯示:(1)外在環境變異認知越高,則工作危機感越高。(2)組織人力應變措施與工作危機感間具顯著之關係。(3)職能越高則工作危機感越低。(4)職能不會影響外在環境變異認知對工作危機感間之關係。(5)職能會影響組織人力應變措施對工作危機感間之關係。據此提出結論、限制與建議。
