    Abstract: 本研究嘗試結合經營結構與企業間競爭行動兩種觀點，探討台灣主機板產業隨著經營環境之變化過程中，其經營結構是否有何變化？並以華碩、技嘉、微星、鴻海等台灣的主機板生產大廠為例，比較彼此之間的差異性，考察為提升本身之競爭力，個別企業如何因應產業經營結構的變化來選擇不同的競爭行動(即同質化行動或差異化行動)，以及企業間競爭行動會發生什麼變化？最後推論出本研究命題，即對應於不同經營結構中產業進化模式，短期而言企業間競爭行動會不相同，長期而言則應存在一種最佳的企業間競爭型態，才可藉由個別企業競爭力的提升以帶動產業整體之發展。
