Abstract:	隨著台灣經濟蓬勃發展，都市發展亦快速擴張，民眾對於運動休閒設施之需求與日遽增，為滿足民眾對於運動休閒之需求，政府近年來積極興建運動休閒場所，其中結合運動與公園遊憩型態已成為民眾運動休閒之主要去處。本研究總計回收有率樣本數300份，並運用IPA(important performance analysis)分析法T-test以及ANOVA，主要目的是要實際去了解新莊體育場之重視度與滿意度為何。分析結果發現新莊體育場迫切需要加強改善的地方為「洗手間配置情形」、「垃圾桶配置情形」、「服務中心設立」。且研究發現不同人口變數屬性之民眾對新莊體育場環境設施使用在重視度與滿意度上亦呈現顯著差異情形。最後經分析結果提出建議，作為相關單位未來發展與經營管理之參考。
