本課程設計的對象係針對視覺藝術產業現職經營管理工作者,這類組織的目標主要針對視覺藝術核心創作者所產出的內容進行經營管理及傳播。臺灣地區為數不少的視覺藝術產業在人才培育緩不濟急的情況下,要如何處理專業人力不足的問題是引發筆者從事本研究的動機。於是,本課程設計首先依據相關研究論述及成功產業的實踐成果(經由個案分析歸納),分析產業人才分類及所應具備之專業能力。而要學習什麼專業內容並開設課程來成就這些專業能力,則從專業能力所涉及的學科領域進行知識結構分析,再行規劃學習科目。後續必須要有進一步的課程實施實證資料來佐證這樣的課程發展有效的程度。本研究成果為研發出適合視覺藝術產業經營管理在職工作者增進專業能力的課程架構,內容包括:建立視覺藝術產業四類經營管理人才專業能力指標、視覺藝術產業經營管理學科知識結構分析、成就專業能力的課程科目規劃。 The main research of the curriculum design is to focus on the visual arts industries management personnel. The objectives and assignments of this kind of professionals are to progress the management, operation and propagation of the outputs by the visual arts creators. How to deal with the shortage of specified manpower of visual arts industries in Taiwan, initiates the motivation of the author to be engaged in this research. The standard of the professional competencies are enacted according to the related research paper and practicing results of successful industries. Then, the author to analyze the knowledge structure refered from the related subjects about visual arts industries management. Of course, the further implementation of the curriculum and empirical data is required to certify the effectiveness of such curriculum development.The research result is to develop the curriculum framework suitable to enhance the professional abilities for the on-the-job personnel in the field of visual arts industry management and operation.
