本研究在考量剛好及時生產下探討雙邊生產線平衡(Two-sided assembly line balancing, TALB)之工作負荷平滑化(Type Ⅲ)問題,過去許多學者在研究單邊生產線平衡(Assembly line balancing, ALB)問題時,大多並未將控制汙染設備與剛好及時(Just in time, JIT)生產加入考量更何況TALB問題之研究。因此,本研究將建構一個整數非線性規劃(Integer nonlinear programming, INLP)數學模式用來處理TALB之Type Ⅲ問題。本研究藉由LINGO 9.0套裝軟體的語法來建構上述數學模式並選擇軟體內建的Global Solver進行全域最佳解的求解。因此對於有關生產線平衡Type Ⅲ的最佳佈置均可由本研究所提出的模式加以求解。綜言本研究透過套裝軟體進行規模,因此具有高度的重現特性,在生產實務應用上,實為一有價值的決策工具。 This study mainly discusses the workload smoothness (Type III) of two-sided assembly line balancing (TALB) problem. Many previous studies focusing on assembly line balancing (ALB) problems did not consider about the just in time (JIT) philosophy and anti-pollution issue; There were no further discussions on the researches of TALB problems. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to construct a mathematical model to handle the Type III problem of TALB. The mathematical model proposed in this paper was constructed by the syntax of Lingo 9.0 and its built-in “global solver” was selected as the solving method to search the global optimum solution. Therefore, the optimal solution of TALB problem for type III objective is obtained by this study. This study was construction by Lingo 9.0 packaged software. Therefore, this study has a highly repeated characteristic. Actually, this study was a valuable decision tool for a production planner with profound insights.
