Abstract:	張載在理學家中以「工夫親切」著稱，其工夫論不只是一種理論，而是具有實修經驗後的發言。在張載工夫論的研究上，學者或指出其「大心」說，或指出其「變化氣質」說，或指出其「躬行禮教」說是其工夫論的重點。本文在這些研究基礎上，進一步將張載工夫論中的創造性觀點作一個整合，以展現其工夫次第，並將討論的重點放在張載工夫論的具體實踐之上。透過對張載工夫論中具體操作方法的研究，本文期待能扣緊儒學的實踐性格，在「生命實踐」的視域下，檢視張載的工夫論並開展其具體實踐，使理學家們的修養方法能夠古為今用。 Zhang Zai known for "Kung Fu cordial” in the Neo- Confucian. His theory of moral practice comes from real cultivation experience. On the theory of moral practice of Zhang Zai, some scholars have noted “Enlarge Xin, Change Temperament, Practice of Confucianism”, I integrate these ideas from the creative vision. I show the course of his practice. I focus on the concrete practice of Zhang Zai. Great importance to the character of the practice of Confucianism, I discuss Kung Fu from the effort. On the view of life practice, I work on the theory of moral practice of Zhang Zai and conduct its concrete practice. Neo - Confucious cultivation methods can make the past serve the present.
