本研究係以彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣及嘉義市等四縣市政府人事處及所屬人事機構專任人事人員為研究對象,探討組織公平、組織學習、專業承諾與服務導向組織公民行為之關聯性,並以專業承諾作為中介變項來加以探討。本研究以統計軟體對調查結果進行分析,並檢驗線性結構模型之配適度。驗證結果顯示,整體模型配適度達檢定水準,表示本研究的理論模型可獲得支持;除了組織公平對服務導向組織公民行為的影響效果不顯著以外,組織學習、專業承諾對服務導向組織公民行為皆有正向顯著的影響;專業承諾於組織公平與服務導向組織公民行為間具完全中介效果;專業承諾於組織學習與服務導向組織公民行為間則具部分中介效果。 This study is based on four counties, Changhua County, Yunlin County, Chiayi County and Chiayi City Municipal Personnel and affiliated institutions for the study of full-time personnel staff to discuss organizational justice, organizational learning, professional commitment and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior relevance and professional commitment as a mediator to be explored. In this study, statistical software to analyze the survey results and to test the model with a linear structure moderately. Validation results show that the overall pattern with moderate level of certification, which means that the theoretical model of this research available to support; addition to organizational justice for service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior beyond the effect is not significant, organizational learning, professional commitment to service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior showed positive the significant impact; professional commitment in organizational justice between the service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior with a fully mediating effect, and professional commitment in organizational learning between the service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior with a partial mediating effect.
