| 摘要: | 強調特色的餐旅業，具備特有的空間場域氛圍，在經營的空間裡置入經營者本身創作理念，或其他書法美學意象的藝術品。透過欣賞者的視覺感知，讓書法美學意象跳脫傳統的框架。在面臨傳統形式的承襲、少字數的意象特質、書畫同源的轉用、創新內文的介入，在創作上呈現內在心理狀態、符號轉念、觀念突破的思維。 現代書法是一種以筆墨書寫為主體的立體藝術，作品與視覺交融形成立體的空間，已經進化成一種獨特的線、色彩與空間的藝術。就數學理論來看：垂直線條代表率直；而自由遊走的曲線傾訴出抒情的感動與節奏畫面。餐飲業善用新思維的書法美學意象，去喚起參與者心靈深處最鬆靜的解放。 書法美學是中國藝術的經典代表，本研究將針對書法美學意象與餐旅業者經營空間的融入，探討其微妙之處。經由參與觀察以及深度訪談，深入探討經營者在其空間裡置入書法藝術的結果。輔以相關文獻進行歸納分析，產生以下結論：一、從一個跨領域的觀點來論書法藝術，觀賞者與其互動激盪出美感的體悟。二、探討出書法藝術在空間中讓情感得以解放的因子。三、創作者的思想與觀賞者的思緒交流之後，產出的空靈意境。

The three-dimensional space that blends works and visual, has evolved into a unique artistic line, color and space. On the view of mathematical theory: Vertical lines represent straightforward, and free wandering curve tells the screen of lyric moving and rhythm. The hospitality industry use calligraphic aesthetics in new thinking, to evoke the depths of the participants in the liberation of the soul, relaxing and quiet. Calligraphy aesthetics is a classic representative of Chinese art. This study will integrate imagery and aesthetics of calligraphy for the hospitality industry operating space to explore its subtleties, and explore the results of putting the art of calligraphy into space by operators through participant observation and in-depth interviews. According to the study of literature review summarized and analyzed , the study results were summarized as follows:1.From an interdisciplinary perspective on the art of calligraphy, interacting with viewers brings out the beauty of understanding.2.Explore the factors of calligraphy in space to make the emotional liberation.3.The ethereal mood appears after the ideas of creators and the thoughts of viewers exchange. |
