近年我國高中職校軍訓教育變革劇烈,自2006年「全民國防教育法」施行迄今,在學術及實務內容多數著重於軍訓制度變革,或軍訓教官於學校中之工作士氣與組織內角色定位所發揮功能之探討,少有從全民國防教育施行的角度,探討其實施成果及學生受教後感受是否存在落差。本研究以目前高雄市高一必修全民國防教育學生為研究對象,焦聚於其教學品質、學習態度與學習滿意度認知程度研究,並延伸探討在不同背景變項下之差異性研究。研究結果顯示,高一學生對全民國防教育之教學品質、學習態度與學習滿意度認知程度呈現顯著影響效果,而在不同背景變項下,在差異性研究上亦有不同顯著性結果。 In recent years the education of military training of the senior high schools and vocational schools is dramatically reformed in our country. 「The educational law of the national defense of the whole people」 has been focused either on the reform of the military training system in terms of academic and practical content or on the investigation in morale of the military instructors when working in schools and in the function of the role the military instructors played since it was put into practice in 2006. However, it seldom probed into the results after being practiced and the existence of the different reception of the students from the stance of the implementation of the national defense education of the whole people. This research takes the students in grade one in senior high as the object of this study who are obligatory to take the course of the national defense education of the whole people. It puts emphasis on its teaching quality、learning attitude and the learning satisfactory cognition level. It extends to explore the differences under various background variations as well. The result of this research shows obvious influential effects to the students in grade one of senior high as to the teaching quality、learning attitude、and learning satisfactory cognition level in the national defense education of the whole people. Besides, the differences are apparent under different background variations.
