摘要: | 本研究以較宏觀、全面的角度來探討出版管理的體系與課題。將傳統圖書出版、數位出版、教科書、雜誌等皆納入討論範圍。把出版管理以系統論區分為產業管理、企業管理及作業管理三種體系,探討其課題與目標。透過產業價值鏈、五力分析、產業群聚、鑽石模型等理論進行出版產業發展、競爭、群聚與政策等分析;藉由經營模式、資源基礎理論、企業價值鏈與策略管理對出版企業的產銷聯結、資源整合及競爭優勢提出出版企業的課題;根據專案管理、同步工程與7M架構來探討較佳的出版作業模式。從差異中抽取相同的管理概念來看待出版產業、出版企業與出版作業的現況及未來的發展。並根據事實資料與專業人士訪談的結果,提出出版產業、出版企業及出版作業的未來可行之目標。 本研究經過文獻探討及進行訪談後,結果發現在面臨高度競爭之下,就出版產業方面而言,須具備完善的產業價值鏈,建立產業的競爭強度與獲利能力,擁有完善的產業群聚,加上政府政策的支持,出版產業才能永續生存。在出版企業方面,要確實做好產銷聯結、運用企業資源並妥善分配與整合、維持企業的競爭優勢,出版企業才能健全成長。在出版作業方面,要改變傳統的生產作業模式,傳統出版與數位出版並行,並開發多層次的出版品,讓出版品更具價值。 後續研究者可依照出版企業的類型來細究分析出版社的現狀及未來的發展趨勢及經營的方向。 The researcher adapted a wider, holistic perspective to explore publishing management system and issues. The traditional publishing, digital publishing, textbooks and magazines were all included in the discussions in this study. Publishing management system is divided into three systems which are industry management, business management and operations management to explore the issues and objectives. The study has been carried out based on the following theories: the industry value chain, five forces analysis, industry clusters and diamond model theory, the researcher analyzed the development, competition, community and policy of the publishing industry. By means of the business model, the resource-based theory, the enterprise value chain and strategic management, some issues of the publishing business were explored in this study. Above issues are pointed to linking between production and marketing, integration of resources and competition strength. By examining project management, concurrent engineering and 7M framework, the purpose of this study was also to explore better publishing operation modes. The researcher extracted the same management concepts from difference to evaluate the current situation and the future development of the publishing industry, publishing business and publishing operation. Moreover, based on the data and the results of the interview with professionals, the researcher intended to provide some realistic targets on the publishing industry, publishing business and publishing operation. After literature reviews and interviews, the results show that, as concerning the version of publishing industry, the publishing industry would have a long-term survival when facing a highly market competition if they are equipped with fine industrial value chain, industrial competitive strength and profitability, possessed of industrial cluster, coupled with the support of government policy. On the other hand, the publishing business would have a thriving development under a good linking between production and marketing, proper allocation and integration of business resource, maintenance of competitive strength. In terms of publishing operations, it is a good way to make publications more valuable to change the traditional production mode of operation to parallel with digital publishing, and to develop more multi-level publications. The researcher also suggested that more detail analysis on the current situation, trend and development directions of publishing be made in accordance with the types of the publishing business in the future research. |
