本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保服務人員工作壓力、人格特質與幸福感之現況,並了解不同背景之幼兒園教保服務人員在工作壓力、人格特質與幸福感的差異性,變項工作壓力、人格特質與幸福感間之關係,及工作壓力、人格特質對幸福感之預測情形。本研究採取問卷調查法,以嘉義縣公私立幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象,利用「幼稚園教師工作壓力、人格特質與幸福感量表」為研究工具,採分層隨機抽樣方式,寄發問卷共300份,回收有效問卷樣本285份,調查所得之資料以 SPSS 12.0統計分析軟體進行描述性統計分析、獨立樣本 t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸分析進行資料分析與處理。茲將本研究主要研究結果摘要如下:(一)嘉義縣幼兒教保服務人員工作壓力為中下程度,其中以工作負荷與工作回 饋的壓力較高。(二)嘉義縣幼兒教保服務人員人格特質趨向正面,其中以嚴謹自律性、情緒穩 定性表現最好。(三)嘉義縣幼兒教保服務人員擁有中高程度的幸福感感受,其中以人際關係感 受最佳。(四)教保服務人員的年齡與教學年資在工作壓力上有顯著差異存在。(五)教保服務人員的年齡、兼任與否與服務學校地區在人格特質表現上有顯著 差異存在。(六)教保服務人員的教學年資、學歷及兼任與否在幸福度感受上有顯著差異存 在。(七)教保服務人員的工作負荷壓力越大,生活滿意度就越低。(八)正向的人格特質就會有較高的幸福感受。(九)工作壓力可以預測整體幸福感及幸福感各層面。(十)五大人格特質都可以預測整體幸福感及幸福感各層面身 This study aimed at investigating the relationship among preschool teachers’ work stress, personality traits and well-being in Chia-Yi City. The study employed the survey research method. The questionnaires were mailed to 320 preschool teachers in Chia-Yi County. A total of 285 valid samples were obtained. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and step-wise multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows:(1) Teachers' job stress is under middle level. Job loading and job feedback are the highest score items.(2) The personality traits of teachers are positive. Conscientiousness and emotional stability are the highest score items.(3) Teachers' well-being is above middle level. Interpersonal relationship is the highest score item.(4) Teachers' age and teaching years have difference in job stress.(5) Teachers' age and administrative duty , kindergarten property have difference in personality traits.(6) Teachers' teaching years and administrative duty and education have difference in well-being.(7) The higher stress of job loading, the lower of live satisfaction.(8) If teachers have positive personality traits, they will have higher well-being.(9) Job stress can predict whole well-being and every well-being items.(10) Five personality traits can predict whole well-being and every well-being items.
