    Title: 已婚婦女參與志願服務的家庭壓力與家庭關係影響之研究

    Abstract:   本研究以已婚的婦女志工為研究對象,旨在探討已婚婦女參與志願服務的家庭壓力與家庭關係之影響,主要研究目的有三:一、了解已婚婦女參與志願服務的動機;二、 探討已婚婦女參與志願服務的家庭壓力及其因應策略;三、分析已婚婦女參與志願服務對家庭關係的影響。   為達上述目的,首先採文獻分析及訪談來進行研究,在文獻分析上蒐集國內外期刊論文、書籍、碩博士論文、政府出版品、各個相關網站等,用以作為理論與實務分析評述之依據。   再將訪談所要的議題及配合本研究的問題與目的,以提綱挈領方式設計訪談大綱,並採自然且半開放式的訪談方式。婦女志工訪談之後,本研究獲得許多豐富資料,在這些資料中也逐漸出現規律性,可以歸納共同現象。於是,結束正式訪談階段,開始進行資料的處理與分析,經分析結果獲致下列結論:一、已婚婦女志工的參與動機是多重的,在這眾多動機中,以自我成長與實現為最多。二、已婚婦女參與志願服務所面臨的家庭壓力可分為婚姻壓力、親職壓力與家務壓力三大部分。其中以教養子女的壓力最大,而配偶的支持可以有效減少婦女參與志願服務所面臨的家庭壓力。三、婦女志工因應家庭壓力的策略有:1.社會資源協助法2.降低家事標準法3.正向回應4.彈性工作時間5.心理防衛機轉6.自身改變7.家庭價值與信念。四、大部分的受訪者均表示參與志願服務對夫妻間的婚姻關係影響不大,但對親子關係有正面的影響。
      This study examined the effect of married women’s voluntary participation on their family stress and relationships. The goals of this study are to understand their motives for being volunteers, to explore their adaptive strategies in response to family stress associated with their volunteer participation, and to analyze the influence of the married women’s voluntary participation on their family relationships.   In order to achieve the above purposes, the study conducted literature review and interviews to collect and analyze data. In addition, domestic and international journals, books, dissertations, government publications, and all related websites, as well as internal documents were critically reviewed.    Moreover, the interview guide was designed carefully by following the research topic and goals in the study. The interview style tends to be natural and semi-open. After conducting interviews with several women volunteers, this study collected abundant information and revealed themes to generalize some common themes. Through transcribing interviews and coding analysis, this study’s major findings are summarized as follows:1. Participation motives of the women volunteers are multiple. In those multiple motives, most of them are related to self-growth and self-actualization.2. The married women who participated in volunteering activities may face the following stresses, such as marriage stress, parenting stress, and housework stress. The heaviest pressure is the stress of child education. However, their husbands’ supporting can reduce pressure facing married women who participated in volunteering activities.3. The strategies adopted by married women in response to the family stress include:(1) the enhance assistance from available social resources; (2) to lower the housework standard; (3) positive thinking; (4) flexible working time; (5) psychological defense mechanism; (6) self-change; (7)family values and beliefs.4. Most interviewers stated that the voluntary participation doesn’t affect the marriage relationship between the couples, but has positive influence between the parents and children.
