摘要: | 本研究採質性研究,透過相關文獻分析與深度訪談,探討嘉義縣環保志工參與動機、工作滿意度與組織忠誠度之關係,進而提供運用單位未來業務規劃及推動之參考。 本研究發現:嘉義縣環保志工參與動機分別為關心周遭的環境,為環境盡一份心力、擴大生活圈可以結交朋友、學習不同經驗與人分享經驗,對自己對社會都有助益、受到環保機關的鼓勵,而投保團體意外險亦是環保志工參與動機之一。在工作滿意度方面則為增進環保知識、溝通與表達能力提升、獲得機會學習與人互動分享、人生觀改變及可以得到快樂。至於在組織忠誠度方面,環保志工認同自己的角色都願意付出努力達成組織的目標、對環境的使命感及與組織理念相近留任意願高,而獎勵制度則是影響環保志工忠誠度的重要因素。更進一步發現,環保志工的參與動機與工作滿意程度呈現正向關係,同時與組織忠誠度亦有關聯。 Qualitative research method is used in this study. Through in-depth interview of the volunteers, the present study aims at investigating the motivation, job satisfaction and organization loyalty of the volunteers. Thus, to provide as a reference for related environmental organizations in later recruiting volunteers. The research of the volunteers, their motivation of participation can be categorized as follows: showing concern to the environment, making effort in environmental protection, expanding social circles and making new friends, learning and sharing different experiences. In addition, volunteers are inspired by the environmental protection departments or organizations and consider the activity beneficial to both themselves and the society. According to the survey, getting group accident insurance is also one of the motivations. On the other hand, the findings on volunteers’ perception of job satisfaction reveal that the satisfaction comes from the following reasons: the enhancement of environmental knowledge, the improvement of communications and expression skills, and chances of learning and interacting with others. In addition, participating such activity also changes their perspective of life, and helps them obtain happiness. Also, the findings on volunteers’ perception of organization loyalty reveal that the loyalty comes from the following reasons: the volunteers identify their role and are willing to put effort into the job in order to achieve the organization’s goal, have the similar concept as the organization and are very willing to retain the job. Among all, the rewarding system is the key factor of affecting a volunteer’s loyalty. Moreover, volunteers’ motivation of participation and job satisfaction promote a positive relationship and are also connect with organization loyalty. |
