摘要: | 本研究主旨在瞭解生命線協談志工在從事協談服務過程中的經驗、收穫以及面臨挫折時的因應之道,探討協談志工在服務個案後對自己的服務品質,以及對其生命經驗的影響為何。本研究採用質性研究深入訪談之研究方法,從大高雄生命線協會82位協談志工中,邀約服務三年以上,有意願參與研究的協談志工6位,同時藉由訪談資料、逐字稿作分析,藉此探討並提出對生命線1995專線協談志工繼續教育,及支持性系統規劃作具體建議,與探討生命線協談志工參與協談服務及接受專業訓練,對其生命經驗之影響為何。本研究的目的有:1.了解生命線協談志工參與協談服務的動機。2.探究生命線協談志工參與服務學習的過程。3.探討生命線協談志工參與協談服務,對其生命經驗的影響為何。 研究發現,參與者在生命線協談志工的服務學習其生命經驗歷程有五大階段,分別為啟蒙與投入、成長、蛻變、承諾與期許、收穫等。而各階段也會不斷循環,且歷久彌新。歸納出研究結論為:(一)大高雄生命線協會志工被服務宗旨及協談志工招募簡章課程所吸引,動機多元,及至參與培訓,加入服務學習,期待讓自己的生命歷程中有所不同,自助助人。(二)大高雄生命線協會與志工團制度完善,志工之間得到支持,服務案主得到成就感,助人助己的因素達到,支持志工持續服務。(三)大高雄生命線志工在職進修制度多元且嚴謹,志工求得專業成長之欲求強烈,彌補專業不足之困境。(四)志工的挫折因應方式除了充實專業能力,正向轉念外,照顧好家人,處理好人際衝突,志工如能妥善因應,服務信念將更堅定。(五)志工在參與服務學習的歷程中,其過程具豐富性且令人難忘。(六)服務學習豐富了志工的生命經驗,讓志工體會到知福惜福,珍惜所擁有。 根據上述研究結論,提出對大高雄生命線協談志工、大高雄生命線協會以及對後續研究的建議,期待透過本研究提供志工服務學習及志工運用單位上的不同省思。 Purpose of this study is to understand the lifeline counseling volunteer from dealing with the process of their service experience, harvest and how to face frustrations. This paper discusses the counseling volunteer in service after the case for their service quality, as well as to the influence of the life experience. The study used qualitative research method of in-depth interview, the “Da Kaohsiung lifeline association” 82 deal volunteers, invitations service more than three years, intend to participate in research about volunteers of six, and at the same time, through the interview data, word for word draft for analysis, through which discusses and puts forward the lifeline of 1995 line about deal volunteers’ continuous education, and supportive system planning for specific advice, and discusses the lifeline counseling volunteer participate in counseling and receive professional training. After all, find the effect of their life experience. The purpose of this study are as follows: 1. To understand the lifeline counseling volunteer participate in deal service motivation. 2. To delve into the lifeline counseling volunteer participate in service learning process. 3.To discuss lifeline counseling volunteer participate in counseling volunteer, and what their life experience are affacted. The study found that participants lifeline counseling volunteer service learning their life experience in the course of five stages, respectively, for the enlightenment and investment, growth, metamorphosis, commitment and expectations, harvesting. Various stages will continue to cycle, and getting further. Research conclusion: (A) Da Kaohsiung lifeline Association volunteers were attracted by service principle and deal volunteers recruitment brochure courses attracted diverse motives, and up to participate in the training, adding service learning, looking forward to make their own life course different. Help others and help themselves. (B) the Great Kaohsiung lifeline Association CRSM system is perfect, aid support service case subject to get a sense of accomplishment, helping others to help ourselves factors to achieve to support volunteers continued service. (C) Great Kaohsiung lifeline volunteer service education system is diverse and rigorous, the volunteers seek professional growth of a strong desire to make up for the deficiencies professional dilemma. (D) volunteers setbacks in addition to to enrich professional competence, forward he switched to the ways of coping, take good care of your family, counseling with good interpersonal conflict, volunteer, such as the proper response, the service will be more firm belief. (E) While volunteers were participating in service learning course, the process with the richness and memorable. (F) Service Learning enrich the life experience of the volunteers, the volunteers appreciate the blessings comfort and cherish. Based on the above conclusions, about volunteers of the Great Kaohsiung lifeline Association and Great Kaohsiung lifeline Association as well as the recommendations of the following study, volunteer, service learning and volunteer on the use of units of different reflection look forward to working through this study. |
