| 摘要: | 這是個歌頌旅行的時代，也是個倡導休閒的年代，尤其近年來在網際網路盛行之後，彷彿只要一個按鍵，人們就可以為自己立刻安排一趟遠遊，透露著台灣開始走進一個旅行世紀。 本論文以採取自助旅行的四位台灣成年女性背包客為研究對象，研究目的如下：一、呈現與瞭解女性選擇國外自助旅行之心路歷程。二、呈現與瞭解女性國外自助旅行前後之生命探索與轉化歷程。 每位旅者出走都有其動機與體驗，在離返之間，旅行經驗對其內在、家庭關係及他者之間造成轉化，本論文採取敘事研究法試圖勾勒出她們的生命背景及經驗樣貌。綜合分析結果發現：一、行所當行，止所當止：本研究之四位受訪者兼顧現實與夢想，視旅行為充電與休息的方式，妥善分配家庭、工作與旅行的時間，兼顧生活與休閒支出，讓自己生命保持平衡。二、女性背包客旅行與愛的關係密不可分：女性背包客上路前的生命歷程充滿對自己或來自家庭的感情匱乏，上路之後，視野與身心狀態產生變化，對於過往理解並感恩，增強愛己與愛人的能量，並對異地他者有推己及人之愛。三、女性背包客藉由旅行獲致存在意義：藉由自主意識下的異國移動，女背包客彰顯其主體性，刻意將自己置身在陌生異地，讓自己離開熟悉安全的氛圍，撼動沉睡的心靈，旅行中往外看的同時，也有機會與自己對話，思考與塑造己身之存在意義。
This is an era of eulogizing travel, and an era of advocating recreation, too. Especially after the prevalence of the internet, people can go far away with just pressing one button. It shows that Taiwan has stepping into a traveling millennium. Four female Taiwanese backpackers are interviewed in this research in order to discuss and understand their background and reasons of choosing independent travel, and to narrate their story of life exploring and transforming. Each traveler has her own motivation and experience. Each journey makes difference and transformation on their inner, as well as the relationship with family and others. This thesis adopts narrative research as the primary research method to describe their life background and experience. The result is found as following. First, draft as wish, but face the reality. -- Four interviewees consider both of the reality and their dreams. For them, travel is the way to have a rest and get energy again. They arrange the time and expense for their family, job and travel so properly as to keep balance in life. Second, for female backpackers, there is an unbreakable connection between travel and love. -- Four interviewees don’t have enough love from themselves or family before they travel aboard. Travel changes their vision, physical and mental state. They understand past with gratitude, and therefore have more capacity to love themselves and others. Besides, they also try their best to benefit people overseas. Third, female backpackers obtain the meaning of existence by travel. -- Four interviewees manifest their subjectivity via moving aboard with self-consciousness. They intentionally get away from familiar environment and safe atmosphere which helps to shake their sleeping soul. While looking at the outside world in every journey, they start to see inside and contemplate the meaning of their existence. |
