近幾年,我國教育改革不斷的推陳出新,零體罰、教師評鑑和教師分級制度的實施、少子化的衝擊,無形中增加了教師的工作壓力,尤其教師職業角色特殊,要面對社會的期望、學校的要求、家長的期待、學生的需要、同儕教師們的競爭,這些都是一大挑戰。因此本研究目的在探討嘉義縣國民小學教師人格特質、工作壓力與因應策略之關聯性,為達研究目的,除依據相關文獻探討進行分析外,並施以研究問卷作為本研究之研究工具。研究對象為嘉義縣國民小學教師,採隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。資料蒐集後以SPSS統計軟體16.0進行分析,主要運用信度分析、描述性統計、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法以驗證假設。 根據研究結果與發現,提出具體建言,提供國民小學教師在教學實務上有所參考依據,以有效紓解其工作壓力,達到身心的平衡並提升教學效能。 In recent years, Taiwanese's educational reform innovation.
