摘要: | 本研究的主要目的在瞭解實施社區環境議題教學對國民小學六年級學童環境知識、環境態度與環境行動技能的影響轉變。 研究者建議教師從學生對本社區環境親身經驗為出發點,針對環境污染、經濟成長與環境保護等議題,選擇適當的教學方法,進行教學,培養學生對社區環境的敏感度,使學生對家鄉環境有更深入的瞭解。 經過幾次的環境教育課程探討之後,學生均認為空氣污染、垃圾問題,是目前本社區環境問題中相當嚴重的。而國小學生環境訊息的主要來自大眾傳播媒體、學校課程的教導及父母與家人。 在完成此教學活動之後,學生在環境覺醒、環境知識、環境態度的表現較為提升,但對學生的環境行動技能,沒有顯著的幫助。探討教師對社區和特殊戶外環境教育教學的情形、教學成效的看法。教師肯定對學生實施環境教育的重要性,亦認為環境教育應往下紮根。 依據上述之研究結果,本研究提出建議,以供未來環境教育本位課程設計、教師教學方式採用及未來相關研究之參考。 The major objective of this research is to understand the change of students’ environmental knowledge, environmental attitude and environmental action skills after implementing the teaching plan of community environmental issue on sixth gradestudents. The researchers suggested that teachers start from students' personal experience of their community environments, selecting an appropriate teaching method which focuses on issues like environmental pollution, economic growth and environmental protection to foster students’ sensitivity of the community environment, which makes students to have deeper understanding of their hometown environments. After several discussions of environmental education, students considered that air pollution and garbage problems are the most serious problem among the community environment. The ways that students obtained environmental information are mainly from mass media, such as television, newspaper, Internet, etc., school curriculum and their parents or family members. After the teaching activity, students’ performances of environmental awareness, environmental knowledge and environmental attitude have improved. However, there isn’t any apparent progress in students’ environmental action skills. The study investigated teachers’ views of the work of community and special outdoor environment education and teaching efficiency. The teachers confirm to the importance of the implementation of environmental education, and also agree that environmental education must be built from the foundation. According to the result of the study, the research gives some advices, providing references for environmental education curriculum design, teaching methods which teachers may choose, and relevant research in the future. |
