    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討內部行銷、友誼支持、社團參與感及工作滿意等構面之文獻,建構此四者的結構關係模式,並以更生保護會志工為研究對象,運用線性結構關係模式(AMOS)之統計分析進行模式驗證及修正。根據研究結果,修正後的模式適配度指標,結果顯示本模式有良好的適配度。   其次,根據模式,內部行銷與社團參與感之間存在顯著正向影響,友誼支持與工作滿意之間存在顯著正向影響、社團參與感與工作滿意之間存在顯著正向影響。最後,並提出未來後續研究之相關建議,希望能讓本研究更有貢獻性。最後,並提出未來後續研究之相關建議,希望能讓本研究更有貢獻性。
      The purpose of this study was to construct and examine the structural equation model between the variables of internal marketing and friendship support and corporation participate and job satisfaction. There were rehabilitation to protect the volunteers as participats. Linear Structural Relationship (AMOS)was employed to examine the hypothesized model. According to this model, the goodness of fit statistics for this alternative model    In addition, according to this model, internal marketing had positive effect on corporation participate, friendship support had positive effect on job satisfaction, corporation participate had positive effect on job satisfaction. Also, the researchers made some suggestions for following research in the hope to make this study more contributive.
