    摘要: 本計畫預計利用附生性藻類,開發同時具有「處理污水」、「易收穫」及「生產生質」特性 之藻床,並輔助人工濕地植物系統,去除污水中污染物、提高氮磷去除率,並回收藻體/植物 生質。預計開發技術及探討議題為:藻類附著生長材料研發;藻床設計、製作及開發;整合藻 床與濕地植物系統運作;提高藻類及植物系統對污水碳氮磷去除效能;藻體及植體生質產量及 成分分析;開發藻體及植體生質回收技術;評估生質再利用特性。 計畫預計執行三年。第一年主題為「立體化藻床設計及開發」,將開發藻類立體附著材、 開發立體化藻床、立體化藻床除污功能測試、立體化藻床藻體生質分析。第二年主題為「藻床 與濕地植物系統串聯處理污水之研究」,將進行藻類立體附著材耐久性測試、藻類/植物系統串 聯實驗、藻床及植物系統除污功能測試、藻床及植物系統生質成份分析。第三年主題為「藻床 /植物系統整合應用及最佳化研究」,將探討藻床/植物系統除污模式最佳化運作模式、藻床/植 物系統生質生產模式最佳化運作模式、藻體/植體生質回收技術開發、藻體/植體生質再利用評 估。 預計此計畫除學術貢獻外,亦有污水處理、提升污水氮磷去除率、生質再利用、節能減碳、 水資源再利用等領域貢獻。
    This investigation will focus on the periphyton system to treat wastewater, harvest biomass easily and produce biomass of the attached algae. The periphyton system will polish the nitrogen and phosphate in the effluent water from the constructed wetland. The issues of this project are attached bulks development, periphyton system design, cooperated with small constructed wetland, nutrients removal efficiency, periphyton recycle technology and biomass reused in three years. The systems can recycle the water, carbon sequestration from CO2, and biomass production as the bioenergy materials. In the first year, the algae turfs and attached materials will be developed to remove nutrients of wastewater, furthermore, to calculate the biomass production. In the second year, the small constructed wetland systems will be combined with periphyton system to get better pollutants removal rates, especially on nitrogen and phosphate removal from wastewater. In the third year, the operation of constructed wetland system and periphyton system will be optimized to get better biomass production and nutrient remove. The components of plants and periphyton, as cellulose and lipid contents, will be analyzed to estimate the potential as the bioenergy materials. Organic carbon of the biomass will also be discussed with the CO2 fixation from atmosphere.
