    摘要: 隨著現代人對於家庭觀念的改變,一般夫妻大多認為生育一至兩胎已足夠,但對於一胎即是三胞胎的女性而言,卻是一場莫大的衝擊,故本研究旨在透過一位育有十二歲三胞胎男童的母親之母職經驗,探究其在母職實踐過程中之需求,及可能遭遇的困境與調適歷程。本研究採「敘說研究法」,將研究結果歸納如下:一、妊娠期間複雜的情緒歷程:驚訝與喜悅、擔心、痛苦、焦慮。二、同中求「異」並強調孩子多元發展。三、母親的自我增能有助於婚姻經營與親子互動。四、充分的醫療資源及正向的態度能減緩孕婦於妊娠期間的困境。五、夫妻雙方共同扶持與體諒能幫助母親面對自我實踐過程之挑戰。根據上述研究結果,針對婚姻與家庭、學校教育、醫療單位、政府與社會福利單位,以及未來研究等五個方面提出具體建議以提供相關單位參考。
    Accompanying with the changes in family values in the modern society, couples in Taiwan tend to ponder deeply that one or two children are adequate. Yet, for a mother of triplets, it is a great impact and challenge. This study aimed to explore the needs, and the possible difficulties a mother of 12-year-old triplets encountered and the adaptation she processed via her motherhood experiences.This study used narrative research method and the conclusions were summarized as follows. 1. The complicated course of emotions during the pregnancy: surprise, joy, worry, pain, and anxiety. 2. Seeking difference from commonness and emphasizing childrens diversified developments. 3. Mother's self-empowerment helps marriage management and parent-child nteraction. 4. With adequate medical resources and positive attitudes, it eases the difficulties 5. The support and understanding between a husband and a wife helps the motherwith her challenges in the process of self-practice. According to the findings of this study, five aspects of specific proposals were put forward to provide a reference to the relevant units. They were marriage and family, schooling, medical units, government and social welfare institutions, as well as future research.
