    摘要:   面對全球化的衝擊,全球經濟、文化、科技及政治環境,產生複雜的互賴與整合關係,各國政府、企業及非營利組織為適應環境和保持競爭力,開始關注跨部門合作,其三方之協力已然成為一種新趨勢。然而,社會捐贈的日漸下降,政府契約外包又日趨競爭,使得非營利組織面臨了財政困境,為解決傳統非營利組織所面臨的問題,建立夥伴關係將為核心議題。   對於非營利組織的夥伴關係,過去研究焦點多為與政府的公私協力議題,較少提及非營利組織與企業的夥伴關係。實際上,近年來企業與非營利組織的合作密切,且兩者的協力包括許多不同的誘因,也有潛在或顯著的合作風險。爰此,本研究將釐清非營利組織與企業夥伴關係之內涵,分析台灣非營利組織—弘道老人福利基金會,與三家企業之合作關係,分別為悟饕池上飯包、嬌生股份有限公司、南山人壽慈善基金會,以資源依賴理論作為研究架構;其次探討非營利組織師法企業之經驗,檢視夥伴關係之現況發展,據以提出可能面臨的問題及因應策略。
      It has caused a global impact upon the economies, cultures, technologies and political environments as the globalization leads to a complicated interdependency and integrated relationships. Under the context, governments, enterprises and NPOs all start to focus on interdepartmental cooperation to keep up with changing situations surrounding them and maintain their competitiveness. Of it, a cross-sector collaboration has been developed into a new trend. In particular, nonprofit organizations are generally in difficulties because the amount of donation from individuals and businesses is decreasing, and the rapidly increasing numbers compete for the slowly increased budgets of governments. As a result, partnership building is proposed as a key issue for providing a solution to what NPOs have been faced with.   Of course, there are quite a few researches in the NPO study dealing with partnership building, but most of them have much emphasized public-private partnership instead of the one between the second and third sectors. However, in spite of there existing potential or obvious risks, we can observe there have been some recent examples of close cooperation between enterprises and NPOs because they are always motivated to collaborate based on a variety of incentives. Accordingly, this study attempts to clarify in the perspective of resource dependency theory what the current partnerships between enterprises and NPOs suggest in Taiwan by analyzing the three cases of cooperation between Hondao Senior Citizens' Welfare Foundation, and Wu-tau Rice Box Company, Johnson & Johnson and Nan Shan Life Charity Foundation. Additionally, I will review how it goes about the partnerships in the current context by discussing the business-like experiences of NPOs in attempt to find out problems faced with them and try to formulate alternative strategies.
