    Abstract:   「藝企合作」(A&B cooperation)是指藝術團體與企業之間進行某種資源的整合和利用,以使雙方的營運更有效益。近年來在台灣企業贊助藝術團體正從單項資源支應轉變成藝術團體與企業相互合作。這就需要透過「藝企平台」(A&B platform)以一種集合資源及妥善分配突顯效益的做法進行雙方的媒合。所以,藝企平台的組成和運作策略成為一個相當程度決定藝企合作效能的建構。加上時間和環境的變數,藝企平台未來可能呈現何種的態勢,其相應的運作策略又如何,就特別值得吾人關注。    由聯合勸募的募款平台運作,大致可以說明藝企平台建構的概念。藝企平台除了金錢上的贊助外,還可以提供人力、空間場地、網路等等資訊上的交流,甚或媒合雙方處理各種需雙方合作才能解決的問題。    本文以情節分析為方法,探討藝企平台的脈絡因素,並假定在不同脈絡條件下平台媒合藝企會形成一套處理或運作的模式。依據這樣的假定推想不同情境之下藝企平台的運作策略。我們設想未來藝企發展的狀況有三種情形,第一為環境有利條件貧乏、平台運作知識尚未成形、平台運作經驗缺乏的狀況,其相對應策略為政府主動;第二為環境有利條件發展中、平台運作知識構建中、平台運作經驗累積中的狀況,其相對應策略為以企業或藝文團體其中一方單方的發動;第三為環境有利條件十分有利、平台運作知識豐富、平台運作經驗多,其相對應策略為以企業與藝文團體聯盟雙方的發動。這樣的推想對後續研究與實務上推動藝企平台的發展具有相當的參考價值。
      Recent years, Art--Business cooperation has shifted from unilateral resources support to mutual reliance in Taiwan. In this new relationship, a platform is required to mediate relevant parties as to pool resources, allocate resources, and to enhance synthesis. Besides, the platform may provide personnel, spaces, information exchanges, and even coordinate for shared collective problems.    By way of scenario analysis, this paper examines the contexts and strategies of art-business platforms in three general scenarios. First, when advantageous condition is absent in the environment, when expertise on platform is still forming, and when groups lack the experiences on platform operation, a better strategy is government initiative. Second, when the environment conditions, the expertise, and experiences are improving, the strategy could be unilateral initiation from either the businesses or art groups. Finally, when the environment, expertise, and experiences are all advantageous for cooperation, platform initiation should come from alliances of business and art groups. These strategy scenarios will help further researches as well as art business platform promotions.
