This study uses Life Type software to construct a class weblog platform, where each user can handle the personal space, access the blog, share with other people and exchange mutual information. Recently, perceived usefulness and expectation following prior user satisfaction constructs have been considered important in determining the individual’s continuing use of information systems. The purpose of this paper is to propose a model to examine how these factors affect users’ intention to continue using class weblog platform. We use longitudinal investigation to collect data. The purpose of this study is to propose an extended model of technology acceptance model(TAM)by incorporating constructs drawn from the model of Expectation Disconfirmation Theory(EDT). It is expected to examine the antecedents of users’ intention to continually using class weblog platform with this new construct. In addition, we proposed a new construct , Perceived Share(PS). Our model integrates EDT with the pre-usage model in forming a two-stage model of continuance intention to use weblog. In this study, PEOU and CSE have the most significant effect on behavioral intention to use class weblog in the pre-usage stage. PEOU and PS have the most significant effect on behavioral intention to use class weblog in the usage stage. The results under study suggest that users’ perceived usefulness dominantly determines their continuance intention.
