Abstract:	面臨全球性的競爭市場，知識管理現已成為企業之成功的秘訣，在一般的營建廠商，知識和經驗的累積和傳遞，一向缺乏有系統的運作，可是營建產業卻是一「經驗導向」的產業，過去的案例所得到之經驗及知識，皆可應用於未來的個案，對於新的專案工程有很大的助益。因此，如何將員工累積之工作經驗和知識作有系統的管理與傳承，實在是增加營建廠商競爭力的不二法門。本文研究將以最新的企業入口網站（Enterprise Portal）為主要的基礎，建立學習型組織，目的在於幫助營建廠商完成屬於自己企業體的知識資產。本文研究係以成中恆營造集團為案例，探討其組織如何實施「知識管理」之步驟與問題，以及了解目前知識和經驗的產生、儲存、系統化和移轉的過程；並以如何建構企業入口網站，作為本文之研究重點。
