The purpose of conducting this research is to acquire an understanding of the relations among role conflict, leisure constraints and leisure activity participating for career women in various tourism professionals. A total of two hundred and eight career women in tourism profession were investigated through a survey questionnaire. Afterwards, data were collected and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Tukey method, Pearson correlation, and Canonical correlation. The study results indicated that: 1. The characteristics of tourism career women are mostly traveling and hotel management professionals, 25 to 34 years old, college educated, and paid by 20,001 to 30,000. 2. In role conflict, the highest recognition falls on the occupational role and self-role playing. In leisure constraints, structural constraints are also the highest. In leisure activity participating, career women with children tend to choose “family activity”. Those who are married with no children tend to “life activity”.3. Only those who are married, having children exhibit the differences in the analysis of the differences between socio-economic background and role conflict. Those who are married and having children have significant differences in the analysis of the differences between social-economic background and leisure constraints; nevertheless, those who are married with no children as well as are partly different. In the analysis of the differences between socio-economic background and leisure activity participating, both of two kinds of career women in the 4 categories show partly significant differences in leisure activity participating.4. In the analysis of the relationship between leisure constraints and leisure activity, the result shows that two kinds of career women in the 4 categories are partly negatively related, while few are obviously positively related.5. Canonical correlation analysis is applied to investigate the relationship between role conflict and leisure constraints, it came to a result that career women in the four categories all exist relative linear relationship.
