    摘要:   本研究旨在對重建會、南投縣政府、南投縣轄鄉鎮市公所參與公共工程重建人員進行研究分析,籍由其於參與重建過程的體驗,以探討領導方式,組織文化與組織績效及公共工程重建績效的關聯情形,期能提供管理上的參考。    本研究主要發現如下:1.參與公共工程重建人員個人特徵,除對「領導方式」的知覺無顯著差異外,對「組織文化」、「組織績效」、「公共工程重建績效」的知覺部分變項有顯著差異。2.參與公共工程重建人員服務機關,除對「組織績效」及「公共工程重建績效」的知覺無顯著差異外,對「領導方式」及「組織文化」的知覺部分變項有顯著差異。3.參與公共工程重建人員對「領導方式」、「組織文化」的知覺與其「組織績效」、「公共工程重建績效」均有顯著相關和典型相關。4.參與公共工程重建人員對「組織績效」的知覺與其「公共工程重建績效」有顯著相關和典型相關。5.組織文化與領導方式對組織績效之部分變項有顯著影響。6.組織文化與領導方式與組織績效對其公共工程重建績效有顯著影響。    本研究根據上述結論,擬向參與重建工作的機關提出建議,以供參考。 
      This study aims on the correlation among managerial leadership, organizational culture, organizational effectiveness and the public reconstruction’s efficiency by surveying the reconstruction staffs in The 921 Earthquake Post-Disaster Recover Committee and Nantou County Government and subsidiary townships. Major findings are:  1.There’s significant difference in the personal characteristics of the reconstruction staffs on some variables of organizational culture, organizational effectiveness and the public reconstructions efficiency, but there’s not on the variables of managerial leadership.2.There’s significant difference in the now-serving departments of the reconstruction staffs on some variables of the managerial leadership and organizational culture, but there’s not on the variables of organizational effectiveness and public reconstruction’s efficiency. 3.The reconstruction staff’s consciousness on both managerial leadership and organizational culture is significant correlated with the organizational effectiveness and the public reconstructions efficiency, and they are canonical correlation.4.The reconstruction staff’s consciousness on the organizational effectiveness is significant correlated with the public reconstructions efficiency, and they are also canonical correlation.5.Some variables of the organizational effectiveness are significantly affected by the organizational culture and managerial leadership. 6.The public reconstruction’s efficiency is significantly affected by the organizational culture, managerial leadership and the organizational effectiveness.   The suggestions according to above findings will be sent to the reconstruction public office as reference.
