    摘要:   本研究旨在探究今日的教師,在以人本為教改主要原則之一的教育政策下,要落實於慣以權威方式展開師生互動的教育實踐場域中,教師所實踐的人本角色與權威角色之間,是否存在著扞格之處,若有,又是如何扞格。   研究方法中的資料蒐集,是以觀察訪談為主,並輔以其他方式,如:其他文獻、在教育現場流傳的言論、研究日誌等為輔,希望透過較多元的管道取得資料,以彌補觀察對象僅四人的不足,並藉此增加資料的豐富性,當資料越豐富時,所能看到的面向就越多,越能接近真實。   觀察、訪談是以四位國小教師為對象,透過觀察與訪談所蒐集到的資料,是分析時的主要材料,而其他方式所蒐集到的資料則是作為主要材料的支持與呼應之用,據此鋪陳出本研究的發現。   研究結果顯示,在角色形成與期待方面,四位教師都指出諸如:社會期望、現今教育體制、傳統觀點等結構因素,皆會使教師在人本與權威角色的選擇與實踐上形成壓力,同時,也會造成阻力。他們也都感受到在教育實踐場域中,人本角色與權威角色間確實有所扞格,但四人感受到的扞格程度大小不等。   此外,於研究過程中,研究者也深刻的體認到個人經驗中,習以為常、視為理所當然的事物,有時並非是正確的,所看到的也可能僅是局部,因此隨時抱持著存疑、審慎思考的態度有其必要。   最後,根據本研究的觀察結果,研究者據以提出本研究在教育實際應用上之建議,建議對象包括具決策權的教育主管行政機關與親自實踐角色的第一線國小教師群。
      The theme of the research is mainly to discuss teacher's roles. Under the educational politic which are based on one of the humanistic educational reforms principles, how these teachers practice it in the school with traditional authority, researcher wants to know if there are conflicts existing between humanistic role and authoritative role. If the answer is positive, researcher wants to know how they conflicts with each other.   The ways of collecting data include observation, interview, literature, log and other discussion in schools. In order to make up for the defects in observing only four cases, and to increase the plentiful of data.   The main data for analysis was collected by observing and interviewing the four elementary school teachers. And the other data collected by other ways is used to support and respond the main data and show the finding of this research.   The result is: in the respect of role-developing and role-expecting, the four teachers all means that social expect, modern educational system and traditional views, these structural factors will bring teachers pressures and confuses in choosing and acting the roles of humanity and authority. They also felt that it exists some conflicts betweens roles of humanity and authority, but the level of conflicts is not equal, either.   In addition, during the process of studies, researcher deeply experience that some things which people are used to and take them for granted are sometimes not correct. What people see might be partial. Consequently, it's necessary for us to hold doubtful and careful attitudes in any time.   Finally, according to the observational results of the research, researcher come up with some suggestions which can be applied to educational practices. The subjects include the educational administration authorities which have powers to execute policies and the groups of elementary school teachers.
