Abstract:	本研究採取質性研究中的敘事研究方法，深度訪談四位中年職業婦女，以自我敘說的生命故事為文本。再以「整體-內容」呈現個別的生命故事；以「跨案-主題討論」了解中年職業婦女在實際生活世界的經驗內涵，與所呈現出的生活架構。並就前面的分析結果，以利文森成人發展之生活結構的概念為主，將個體呈現出來的生命經驗與利文森的生命發展週期理論做一個比較，期望藉此生活架構的概念，能更清晰的掌握中年職業婦女在生命發展週期的脈絡與其中的重要契機。　　　根據本研究的四位研究參與者，所呈現出的的生命經驗與利文森的生命週期理論相對照，給了研究者一些想法與啟示，經過分析之後歸納如下結論：　一、生活中的特殊事件，形成了個體獨特的生命過程　二、由於外在環境的變動，刺激了職業婦女重新調適自己過去的生活型態　三、為了處理當前生活的瓶頸，中年職業婦女會檢視與修正自己的生活架構　四、中年職業婦女在修正自己的生活架構中逐漸的成長與轉變　伍、四位中年職業婦女的生命故事可用利文森的成人發展理論加以解釋　　This research adopts in the nature research to narrative the research technique, the depth interview four middle career women, take the life story which oneself narrated as a text. Again presents the individual life story by ＂ holistic-content ＂; Discusses the understanding middle career women by the ＂cross document - subject＂ in the practical life world experience connotation, with life overhead construction which presents. And on the front analysis result, life structure by Levinson's the adult development concept primarily, the life experience which presents the individual with Levinson's the life development cycle theory makes to compare, expected takes advantage of this the life overhead construction the concept, can clearer grasp the middle age professional woman in the life development cycle vein if the center important turning point.　　　According to this research four research participants, presents the life experience with Levinson's the life cycle theory relatively illuminates, for researcher some ideas and enlightenment, after process analysis induces the following conclusion：　1. In the life special event, has formed the individual unique life process.　2. As a result of the external environment change, has stimulated the life which the professional woman readjusts suitable own to pass condition.　3. In order to process the current life the bottleneck, the middle career women can inspect and revise own life overhead construction.　4. The middle career women in revises in own life overhead construction the gradual growth and the transformation.　5. Four middle career women's life story may use Levinson's Theory of the adult development to perform to explain.
