本論文研製之以網路效應與轉換成本分析網路拍賣收費之影響,以台灣Yahoo!奇摩拍賣之品質為例,利用其公開訊息資料及會員問卷訪問滿意程度,以網路效應及轉換成本分析實施拍賣物品刊登收費後之影響。 本研究發現,台灣Yahoo!奇摩拍賣收費後之網路效應及轉換成本仍為網路拍賣市場中最高;研究結果主要有以下幾點發現:1.新會員對收費後之系統服務品質滿意度較高;2.買家與賣家對品質滿意度無顯著性不同;3.不同之賣家商品量會影響品質滿意度高低。 綜合上述發現,提出幾點實務建議:1.提升系統服務及賣場品質,增強會員滿意度;2.成立第三者網路拍賣交易證認中心、加強會員認證制度及信用考核,以提高交易安全。 A thesis is Using Network Effects & Switching Costs to Analysis the Impact of Charge for Online Auction with a Case of Yahoo! Bid's Quality in Taiwan. Using Yahoo! Bid's public Information and sent questionnaires to the users to analysis auction degree of satisfied. Using network effects and switching costs to analysis the impact of charge for Yahoo! Bid in Taiwan. A frame of network effects and switching costs, Yahoo! Bid in Taiwan is still the highest after charge for online auction. The results of data analyzing we have follow conclusions: 1.the satisfied degree of system service quality of new users is higher then former users'. 2.buyer and seller's satisfied degree of qualities aren't conspicuous different. 3.different seller goods quantities will cause different satisfied degree of qualities. Integrated the results, we have follow proposal: 1.promote system service and bid quality and enhance user identification degree. 2.establish third online auction trade center and enhance user identity and credit approve to promote trade security.
