摘要: | 本研究旨在探討沈木青老師的生命意義與「生命教育法」之實踐。本研究以質性深度訪談為主,輔以學員學習成效問卷調查,得到研究結論:一、沈木青老師的一生,深具生命意義,足為大眾楷模。二、沈木青老師創設的「生命教育法」值得大力推廣。三、「幸福家庭教室」的課程,深受學習者肯定。以五分量表探討學員之學習成效,總平均高達4.36,其中收穫最大的是「心靈更踏實」得4.49,次為「親子關係更好」得4.41,再次為「對人生有極大的改變」得4.38。對於婚姻、人際與婆媳關係都在4.24以上。此課程頗具成人教育之特色,學員自發性的學習,加上沈老師精心策畫課程,讓學習者受益良多。四、由學員的問卷調查得知學習成效:有宗教信仰優於無宗教信仰、大台中區優於彰化市及其他各鄉鎮、所得高於四萬元以上優於所得較低各組、參加基礎班次數超過三次(含)者優於參加次數少的組別、婚前接受「幸福家庭教室」課程認為非常有必要。五、在性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、職業、子女數、居住狀況、參加進階班之次數,對於學員學習之成效,無顯著差異,即成效一樣好。六、學員最喜愛的教學方式是影片欣賞、講述法、討論法。 本研究建議如下:一、各縣市能大力推動「生命教育法」的理念,以因應時代之需,可以將彰化縣的施行模式當示範。二、家人同時報名上課,可享優惠折扣;上課中增加師生互動與個案討論。 本研究結論與建議,將提供給想要辦理「生命教育法-幸福家庭教室」之單位,與「慈訊文教基金會」做為日後辦學或開課之參考。 This study aims to explore the meaning of life for Mr. Mu-ching, Shen, and the implementation of his life education. Qualitative research method with in-depth interviews andquestionnaires onmembers’ performance are used in this study.The summarized conclusions of this research are as following: 1. With his well-developed understanding towards meaning of life, Mr. Shen’s life can be the role model for others to learn from. 2.The “Life Education” compiled by Mr. Shen is worth popularizing. 3.“Blissful Family Class” has been well recognized by members who have been attended.Based on Likert scale, the average score for participants’ learning performance comesto 4.36. “Mind feeling at ease” scores 4.49, which has shown as the greatest satisfactory by the members;“Better parent child relationship” scores 4.41, which is the second highest score; “life changing” has an average of 4.38 as the third highest score; and the marriage and the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law score more than 4.24. This course has the features of adult education, the members have the motivations to learn spontaneously, and Shen’s well-organized course on marital life and gender has derived much benefit for the participants. 4.Based on the questionnaires collected from attendees, the performance after participating this class showed that, religious members’ performance precedes non-religious members, Taichung County’s overall result exceeds Changhua County, members with income over 40,000 resulted better than members with lower income, and members attended more than 3 times provides more positive feedback than the groups attended less times. Therefore, “Blissful Family Class” prior to marriage is necessary for the people who responded to the questionnaire. 5.There is no significant impacton the efficiency of the learning progress despite of gender, age, educational background, marital status, family size, living condition, or the frequency of attending such classes. 6.The most popular methods of teachingamong members are video watching, host lecturing, and class discussion. Suggestions based on this research are as following: 1.Counties/cities can refer to Changhua County as an exemplary city for “Life Education” implementation, and begin to promote such concept locally in hopes of assisting families to adapt to current societywell. 2.Registration fee Discount is applied when family members enroll together, as this effort can encourage family members to further discuss detailed issues they may have encountered with the mentors in a group session. The findings and suggestions obtained from this research can bereferenced for any institution planning on initiating “Life Education”, and/or “Blissful Family Class” with Tzu-Shiun Cultural & Educational Foundation in the future. |
