近年隨著通信網路技術的蓬勃發展,智慧型手機的功能亦快速的躍升,APP遊戲就是促進手機發展與普及的主要因素之一,而智慧型手機裝置也儼然躍升成為新時代資訊系統最重要的新載體。國際研究暨顧問機構Gartner就預測全球App行動遊戲的產值在2015年將超過220億美元,每個遊戲動輒高達數百萬至千萬元不等的開發成本,仍檔不住每月全球數萬種新手機APP遊戲的上市熱潮,然美國Infoworld 媒體Neil McAllister調查顯示:其中總利潤的50%僅落在排名前25名遊戲的開發商上。所以影響線上手機APP玩家持續使用的因素,便是遊戲的開發商發展手機APP遊戲的最重要課題。 基於此,本研究便以資訊系統成功模式為主要理論依據,探討線上App遊戲玩家在資訊系統品質、自我效能、對使用者滿意度與持續使用間之影響。並以FaceBook以及Line遊戲社群玩家為對象,收集樣本資料,再以SPSS 22.0 統計分析軟體為工具,運用描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t 考驗、逐步多元迴歸等方法進行檢定分析。 研究分析結果顯示,目前仍使用線上App遊戲的男性玩家對資訊系統品質有較高的要求;目前仍使用線上App遊戲的男性玩家對對使用者滿意度有較高的要求;資訊系統品質對使用者滿意度有正向關係;使用者滿意度對持續使用有正向關係。而資訊品質對使用者滿意度的影響及自我效能的中介效果不如預期。 In recent years, the functions of smart phone increases quickly with the rapid development of communication network technology. APP game is one of the main factors to promote the development and popularization of mobile phones. The smart phone devices also seem to leap into most important new software of information system in the new age. Gartner, an international research and consultancy firm, predicted that economic values of App games will more than 22 billion US dollars in the global word in 2015. Although the development costs of the each game were reached several millions to ten million, still tens of thousands of new mobile phone APP games were on the markets per month in the global word. However, the results of US Infoworld media Neil McAllister Survey indicated that 50% of total profits fall only on the front ranks of 25 games developers. Factors that affecting online game players continued to use a mobile phone APP is a most important issue of game's developers to develop mobile phone APP games. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of information systems quality and self-efficacy on user satisfactions, and continuous using of the online App game players based on the theory of information systems success model. Participates in this study were sampled from online App and FaceBook game players in Taiwan. Descriptive statistics analysis, independent t-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were utilized to testing the research hypotheses based on software SPSS 22.0. The results indicate that the male online App game players have higher requirement of the information system quality and user satisfactions. The information system quality is positively related to the user satisfactions. The user satisfactions have a positively relationship with continuous using online App game. However, the mediation effects of the information system quality on the user satisfactions and the self-efficacy were not existed.
