Using the life stories of these six protagonists as the analytical content, the results will be presented at the end of the chapter, while the main content are the following four sections:A. The changes of the cognitive perspective and personal experience before and after experiencing the extramarital affairs of the protagonists: 1. The differences of gender and role and position will directly influence the cognitive perspective and attitude of the intimate relationship; 2. The rise of female consciousness, self-interests and lust demand are being paid more attention; 3. The cognition and dependence of romantic love have been re-thought and re-adjusted.B. There are three elements that affect the operation of the intimate relationship: 1. The construction and operation modes of the intimate relationships affected by romantic love; 2. The formation of oppression and restraint from the influence of close tie-up and adultery law upon love, marriage and family relationship; 3. The insistence of “the integrity of an ideal family” would be the fundamental consideration that determines the continuing of the intimate relationship.C. In the face of the extramarital affair impact, the coping strategies are: 1. The real problem of the intimate relationship is mainly the influence of the ideal family consciousness; 2. “Reflection” and “negotiation” can re-construct or re-build the intimate relationship.D. The influence of social values towards the concepts of marriage and intimate relationship from extramarital relationship: 1. Owing to the loosening and changing trends of social perception, extramarital relationship is not considered as the absolute destruction of a marriage. The existence of adultery law does not guarantee the marital relationship; 2. New signs of morality and values are presented in the society, meaning that individuality and demands are given more attention, while other diverse combinations are also being accepted rather than the traditional view of “ the eternal and the only one” in a marital relationship.
