    Abstract:   本研究旨在瞭解嘉義縣心智障礙者庇護性就業歷程與學習經驗。本研究也探討嘉義縣庇護工廠中之不同障礙類別的就業歷程與學習的經驗,工作場所設計之課程訓練對其是否改善工作技能。  本研究是以嘉義縣4位於庇護工廠就業之心智障礙者為研究樣本,資料蒐集方式採自然且半開放式的焦點團體訪談方式、觀察、蒐集相關文件、紀錄實地筆記,訪談心智障礙者。本研究獲得心智障礙者真實回應的資料,於正式訪談結束並完成訪談資料整理後,資料呈現規律性,並歸納出共同現象。以相關資料進行分析,並作出結論。  本研究針對上述研究結果,提出若干建議,以供政府機關、身心障礙者就業輔導單位及未來研究者之參考。
      The research aims to understand sheltered employment process and learning experience of disabled persons in Chiayi City. It also examines the influence of different handicap categories on working experience, learning experience, the training class from the working place as well as the impact of job design and training on the improvement of employment skills.  The research selected four individuals. Data collection includes semi-structure interviews, focus group, participant observation, documents, and filed notes. The research analyzed data to find the regularity and sum up the common phenomenon to discuss major findings. In addition, the research uses the relevant data to make conclusions.  Lastly, the research uses the result to offer suggestions for governmental agencies, social welfare organizations, and future researchers.
