本研究以探討非營利組織辦理身心障礙者庇護工場的主要功能為主題。針對身心障礙者職業重建服務模式下之庇護工場進行研究,希望透過研究結果可以有效建議主管機關,在未來提供相關服務時,能推動更適切主管機關的服務為研究目的。 本次研究以身心障礙者庇護性就業者共3人為訪談對象,首先透過文獻探討與分析,釐清與研究主題高度相關之問題,再以半結構式深度訪談法進行研究。 在文獻探討上,以庇護工場之服務發展歷程及相關理論為依據,透過訪談者與受訪談者之相互交談,達到意見交換與建構研究脈絡,再將逐筆之資料整理歸納,進行分析並作出結論。經分析結果獲致下列結論:一、受訪者接受庇護性就業的原因並非單一,資訊來源與職業重建個案管理員之建議,有決定性的影響。二、員工對庇護性工場提供之專業服務感受不深,對服務品質亦不甚滿意,但都因自覺工作能力確實難以在一般性職場就業,在無更好選項的情況下,選擇了庇護性就業。三、受訪者大都認為,庇護工場的主要功能是提供職業訓練,提昇自己的工作效能,並有獲取薪資,以及具有教養的實質功能,它能滿足庇護員工不同而多樣的需求。 This study was to investigate the functions of the non-profit organization in running disability sheltered workshops.The study focused on the sheltered workshops for people with disabilities in service-oriented vocational rehabilitation. The study result was carried out to provide services recommendations for future consideration. The study involved interviewing 3 subjects with disabilities who worked under the sheltered employment. Based on the literature reviews and analysis, the highly relevant issues related to the research topic were extracted; in-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted to proceed the study. Conclusions are as followed :1. There were multiple factors that the employees accepted the services provided by the sheltered workshops. The source of information and the vocational rehabilitation case managers appeared to have played vital roles.2. The employees accepted jobs provided by sheltered workshops were indifferent or unsatisfied with the professional services provided. 3. Most of the employees considered the main functions of sheltered workshops were to provide occupational trainings, raised one’s work performances, and obtaining salaries. Sheltered workshops are considered secondary function as educational tools, and falfilling employees,variety needs.
