    Abstract:   本論文以「彰化南瑤宮」為個案研究,此組織成立於1723年之後的彰化縣,為彰化縣第一個地方性信仰型非營利組織,具有其歷史性與獨特性,首先本論文探討南瑤宮的歷史沿革與非營利組織之意涵及其特性,接著進一步探究研究對象管理制度,從管理委員、執行秘書與志工的訪談著手,並採取個案研究法、文獻蒐集分析法、深度訪談法,研究個案內部的管理制度,基於對宗教信念的理念認同,因此相較一般非營利組織更能獲取資源與人力,研究中得知南瑤宮沒有傳統的商業底線,他們的管理不是靠「利潤動機」的驅使,而是藉由「使命」的凝聚力和引導,透過管理的理念架構和技巧,制定具體可行的目標、計畫和策略,俾使造福人群的使命能順利達成,研究中並得知五點建議,供南瑤宮管理階層參考。
      In this paper, "Changhua Nan-yao Temple " as a case study, this organization was founded in 1723 after the Changhua County,was the first local faith based non-profit organization in Changhua County, has its historic and unique, at first, this paper discusses meaning history and characteristics of non-profit organizations and Nan-yao Temple, followed by further studies to explore the object management system, proceed from the management committee, the Executive Secretary of interviews with volunteers and take case studies, literature collection analysis, depth interviews, case study of the internal management system, based on the concept of recognition of religious conviction, and therefore generally compared with non-profit organizations better access to resources and manpower, the study did not know the Nan-yao Temple traditional business bottom line, not by their management "profit motive" driven, but by cohesion and guiding "self-control" of the idea through architecture and management skills, to develop concrete and feasible goals, plans and strategies, to enabling Zaofurenqun mission will be very successful, research and that five-point proposal for the management of the Nan-yao Temple reference.
