摘要:	自政府全面實施周休二日政策開始，農場特色民宿體驗活動己成為主流。本研究擇定台南鴨莊休閒農場民宿、大坑休閒農場民宿、仙湖休閒農場民宿為研究對象，運用深度訪談法調查民宿的體驗活動關鍵成功因素，進而以個案研究法做歸納及分析研究。探討其關鍵成功因素為何。　　研究結果發現台南鴨莊休閒農場民宿與仙湖休閒農場民宿的基礎資源豐富，利用核心資源研發之體驗活動較多。農場民宿符合體驗活動設計者，以台南鴨莊休閒農場民宿與仙湖休閒農場民宿的體驗活動設計較符合。由上述研究結果，本研究建議休閒農場民宿除可利用原有之資源研發體驗活動外，還可於體驗活動中加入紀念品。本論文之研究結果，可提供休閒農場民宿業者之體驗活動設計改善建議，以提高體驗活動之經濟價值，並提供給欲投資者作民宿開業之參考。　　It is a trend to experience the farm life in the Bed & Breakfast since the government has fully put the five-day-week policy into practice. This study aims to exploring key factors that make farm-life experience lodge such a success by studying following lodge providers: Tainan Duck Leisure Farm, Dakeng Leisure Farm and Fairy Lake Leisure Farm through depth interviews for case study and further analyses.　　The result indicates that the rich installations in Tainan Duck Leisure Farm, and Fairy Lake Leisure Farm allow them to develop more creative programs which are designed specifically for lodgers to experience real rural life.　　Therefore, this study suggests that lodge provider should manage activities based upon accessible resources, including souvenirs. The study proposes methods to higher the values of farm-experience activities for rural lodge providers and potential investors.
