志工是一份充滿愛的職務，在現今的社會中各個層面都有發揮愛心的志工朋友，無論在海外或國內都有他們的足跡，是純屬自發性的志願服務工作，無私的扶持弱勢，是一種對社會大愛的表象。 紀錄片是記載人、事、物的依據，創作最關鍵點是呈現「真實」。這是一部關於學校志工媽媽將母愛散播到校園，漸而擴展至關懷老人的故事。主要呈現主角小莉因孩子進入小學階段，深怕不能適應，而選擇陪同孩子一起踏入校園成為學校教育志工，把母愛分送給小朋友，小莉以愛屋及烏的母性光暉，讓教育志工畫下完美句子。 透過紀錄片的創作，讓更多人知道，在我們的周遭，仍然有這些微不足道的小人物，默默的、無怨無悔的為社會、為這塊土地耕耘不求回報的付出，展現出人性良善的一面。 社會是由一群人來至各個族群所組合而成的，是互助、是合作的結構，期許能有更多有志之士投入志工行列，在這塊土地上種下愛的種子，為這塊貧脊的土地施肥、灌溉，讓大地充滿了綠意蓬勃朝氣，讓社會充滿和諧、充滿希望。 Volunteering is a loving duty. In today’s society, there are many caring volunteers in various levels. It is easy to find their significant footprints no matter at oversea or domestic. Voluntary work is spontaneous and non-profit. Volunteers help out others selflessly. It is a symbolic representation of love to society. The documentary films record the basis of the people, the events, and the substances. The key point of creations is to present the reality. This story is mainly about parent volunteers spread love to the campus and gradually extended to the care of senior citizens. The films particularly shows a full-time mom Lily worrying her kid’s conditions after he (she) turn into the elementary school stage. She is afraid that her kid can not adapt himself (herself) to the new school life. Therefore, shechooses to become a school volunteer in order to keep compus with her kid. Lily shares her love to all children at school. Because of Lily ’ s unselfishly maternal love, her school volunteering ended perfectly. Let more and more people to understand there's still love around us through the creation of this documentary film. Those insignificant volunteers help and care for the community, but ask for nothing in return. They truly show the good side ofhuman nature. Society is a group of people broadly distinguished from other groups or cultures. It’s based on a mutual respect and understanding.
