近年來，伴隨著科技與產業的創新與改革，台灣有許多地方文化館被迫面臨轉型和創新，許多地方的舊建築也因為閒置而遭到拆建，加上專業人才的短缺，經營地方文化館僅能仰賴政府政策的推動維持營運，本研究以經營策略的角度探討雲林在地傳統文化館—布袋戲館的經營；為達到研究的價值，以雲林地方文化工作者的觀察，探討布袋戲館經營遇到的困難和挑戰。 本研究以質性研究、次級資料分析法、半結構式訪談法，針對地方文化館經營的五大面向：文化認同、經營層面、策略層面、推廣模式及未來發展，與地方文化工作者進行訪談後整理出目前地方文化館的創新經營與政府政策施行的效益，得到本研究結論。 本研究發現，經營地方文化館不只是靠著政府的政策推行，就能維持地方文化館的營運，必須結合社區、學校和產業之間互助互惠共同經營，未來更期盼由政府邀請企業贊助，以減少經營地方文化館資金的問題，才能真正創造出彼此之間雙贏的價值。期盼本研究結果能做為日後雲林布袋戲館經營之參考建議。 In these recent years, many Taiwan local culture buildings are forced to alter and innovate due to the innovation versus revolution of technology versus industry. Many old buildings are dismantled because of the lack of usage, moreover local buildings can only maintain by governments policy due to the lack of professional staffs. This study is to explore Yun-Lin's local traditional building as a local employment: the operation of ＂bag doll tricks＂(a kind of Chinese traditional show using dolls by hand) to explore it's difficulties and challenges. This study is structured by qualification, secondary document analysis and semi structure interview methods. Aim the five points in local cultural buildings: cultural agreements, operating level, strategy level, promoting mode and future development. After interviewing local employees and sorting out the beneficial results of the innovation and policy of local cultural museum we finally have a conclusion. The study has found out that, operating local cultural museums not only rely on governments policy, but needs to combine with local community, school and industry to interdependent with each other. We hope that in the future government can invite enterprise to sponsor in order to reduce the problem of local cultural funds, then it will create a genuine both-win situation. Looking forward to the reference of this study by Yunlin local cultural museum.
