    Abstract:   本研究主要探討非政府組織對外的教育援助,研究目的在探討:(1)非政府組織對外教育援助的動機;(2)非政府組織對外教育援助的模式及(3)非政府組織對外教育援助面臨的挑戰。  本研究主要以德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會,進行個案訪談與相關資料蒐集。另外,透過次級資料與相關文獻,本研究將德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會的對外教育援助模式與其他台灣非政府組織,包括至善社會福利基金會、知風草文教服務協會、慈濟功德會等,進行相同處與差異處之分析。主要的研究發現歸納如下:  德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會對外教育援助之動機包括:(1)堅持教育與助學動機;(2)給對方需要。德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會對外教育援助之目標有:(1)教育權利眾生平等;(2)以有限的生命,做無限的事業及;(3)愛無國界,活在希望;(4)集體創作,創造雙贏。  德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會對外教育援助模式主要是透過:(1)文具助學;(2)衛生教育;(3)閱讀計畫;(4)文化交流;(5)興建教室;(6)種子培訓。  德內ㄦ國際兒童助學會的對外教育援助面臨之挑戰包括:(1)組織管理與人才培育;(2)組織資金的籌措與責信;(3)組織存在目的與意義;(4)受援國的阻力及依賴現象及;(5)組織短期、中期、長期的計劃。
      The study was mainly to investigate the educational aid provided by the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). The study purpose was to explore, 1. The motivation of NGO to provide educational aid, 2. The mode of NGO to provide educational aid, and 3. The challenge of what NGO is facing to provide educational aid.  The study mainly used Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation to conduct case interview and related data collection. In addition, through secondary data and related documents, the study analyzed and compared the mode of educational aid provided by Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation to those of other Taiwanese NGOs, including Zhi-Shan Foundation Taiwan, The Field Relief Agency of Taiwan, Tzu-Chi Foundation, and so on, to conduct an analysis between similarities and differences.  The main study discoveries were inducted as the following, The motivations of Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation to provide educational aid included (1) Insisting on eduction and educational aid motivation. (2) Providing beneficiaries' needs. The goals of Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation were (1) All equal to educational right. (2) Limited life for unlimited career. (3) Loving in borderless, living in hope. (4) Collective work, creating win-win.  The modes of Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation to provide educational aid were mainly through (1) Stationery donation for learning. (2) Hygiene education. (3) Reading program. (4) Cultural communication. (5) Classroom construction. (6) Seed cultivation and training. The challenges of what Dener International Children Education Aid Foundation to provide educational aid included (1) Organization management and manpower cultivation and training. (2) Organizational fund raising and credibility. (3) Purpose and significance of organization existence. (4) Obstruction from beneficiary countries and dependence phenomenon. (5) Organizational short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans.
