    摘要:   Job satisfaction, job involvement, job commitment, perceived organizational support are the key challenges in human resource management. This study aims at investigating whether there is a significant relationship among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, job involvement, job commitment and perceived organizational support. The sample for this study included 275 respondents who are working in private sector in Ho Chi Minh City-Vietnam. The data were analyzed using multivariate data analysis. The findings of this study revealed that perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, job involvement respectively had a significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, organizational commitment is a partial mediator in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the study found that job involvement is effectively moderated the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
