街頭藝術與生活有著密不可分的關連,源於對天地神祉的敬仰及對祖先的崇敬與緬懷,在傳統的慶典展現裏,因應觀光產業的掘起或商業行為,由地方政府與企業間甚至於社區營造主宰的新興活動。而街頭藝人是街頭藝術的表演與創造者,帶動近年來台灣藝術休閒發展,延續傳承文化的使命,對觀光市場及藝術文化環境亦具深遠的影響。經由政府文化機關整合管理,精心規劃展演特定區,增加發展旅遊觀光的附加價值。街頭藝術的表演者更為充實自身的專業,需持續學習專業內涵及提升表演的精彩性與可看性。 本論文先以文獻回顧探討街頭藝術發展脈絡,包括台灣街頭藝人的現況及其管理制度的規範。為使本研究更臻完善以及系統性,也冀望透過此研究讓大眾更了解街頭藝術與街頭藝人之發展,在日益精進的科技及人文素養影響下,有些古早的街藝表演隨著時代演變下遭到淘汰,值得留存的街藝在適者生存的定律下,繼續延續下來。 本研究方法透過個案研究法、深度訪談法、問卷調查法等研究方法進行歸納及分析。經由政府單位表演藝術科的6位長官及5位街頭藝人個案訪談,分類歸納建立出完整的項目表,並且針對 200 位民眾受測者進行問卷施測,經由探討解析如何闡揚台灣街頭藝術的發展並提升台灣街頭藝人的地位,進而帶動觀光產業,讓街頭藝術與街頭藝人邁向國際更好的發展。 本文經過整合歸納,得到以下結論:一、台灣街頭藝術是永續發展的藝術文化美學,可以帶動民眾的美感涵養。二、台灣街頭藝術帶動經濟產業發展,將台灣行銷於國際。 There is a deep correlation between busking and our life; it origins in the high esteem of Gods and the commemoration of ancestors which performs in a traditional festival. Furthermore, the newly developing activities rises up by local governments and companies that respond accordingly to the business and the developing of the tourism industry. Buskers, the performers, and creators of busking have a strong influence on tourism market and culture of art that spur the development of Taiwanese art and the mission to continue the traditional culture. Through the management by cultural apartment from the government, the additional value of tourism development raises up by planning the specific area for performances. Buskers need to keep learning their profession to be more brilliant to rich theirs professional. In this treatise uses documents to look back and discusses the development of busking; include the current situation and its manageable regulation of Taiwanese buskers. For more perfectly and systematically in this research, also let the civilian can understand more development of busking and buskers. In the influence of improvement of science and society, some old performances die out by the time pass; the performances which are worth it to stay should go on. The research uses the method of individual cases research, deep interviewing, survey and other research methods to summarize and analyze; through 6 administrators from the government of performing arts and 5 buskers for individual interviewing and 200 civilians for the survey to investigate and analyze how to propagate the development of Taiwanese busking and improves the position of Taiwanese buskers; that to spur the tourism industry, let buskers and busking have better development to the national. Through the summerization, it gets conclusion below: 1.Taiwanese busking is a sustainable art, cultural and aesthetics development; it can spur self-restraint of the civilian. 2.Taiwanese busking develops an economy industry that sells to the international.
