| 摘要: | 茶會是中國源遠流長的茶文化活動，不論是古代宮廷的茶宴，或是文人雅士間的以茶會友，或獨品茶湯，或伴以清談、賞樂、賞畫、對弈…等文雅之事，在歷代的詩賦繪畫裡可見一斑。臺灣初期的茶會是愛茶人品飲茶湯的聚會，逐漸發展至今，是以茶之名結合各種不同元素所形成的主題式茶會，繽紛而多元，這也是臺灣吸引著國際茶文化界矚目、獨樹一格的茶藝風格。研究者多年來從事茶文化推廣工作，興起將古人閒適雅致的飲茶活動融入現代生活中的想法，提倡優質飲茶的茶會活動。現今臺灣飲茶極為普遍，然近年來調和飲料充斥市場，本文祈盼給予正確健康的茶知識，導正不良的茶飲習慣，並發揚臺灣當代茶會的時代精神與內涵。 本論文蒐集研究茶文化相關文獻，溯源茶的原鄉來自中國，包括陸羽茶經的論述、茶的起源、歷代的茶文化、飲茶方式的演變以及臺灣的茶史等，再經由欣賞古人文學及繪畫中的茶會風情，擴延至臺灣的茶會現象。再以歸納分析法梳理出中國古代茶會及當代臺灣茶會的形式脈絡，並賞析研究者在十年間所辦理的二十場師法古人雅興的茶會；繼之以行動研究法進行茶會實作，書寫「蝴蝶春夢」及行動茶席的展演。 本文經研究梳理，得到以下三點結論：一、臺灣當代茶會是古老茶藝文化的當代新詮釋。二、臺灣當代茶會是品茗藝術與文化的創意展演。三、臺灣當代茶會是不忘初心的身心遊戲場域。
Tea party is a tea culture event with a profound history in China, whether it is a tea party held in the ancient palace or a social occasion for literati to make friends, or just to drink tea alone, or get together for conversations, appreciate music, appreciate paintings, play chess ... and for other elegant activities, we can find its traces in the ancient poetries and paintings. In the beginning, tea party in Taiwan was an occasion for tea-lovers to get together, and gradually it developed to the modern scale, it has turned into a theme tea party combining a variety of different elements in the name of tea, which is colorful and diverse. This is also why Taiwan is able to internationally attract the attention of tea culture by our unique style of tea art. The habit of drinking tea has become quite common and popular in Taiwan in recent years, however, there are also some unhealthy mixed beverage flooding in the market. The researcher has engaged in the work of promoting tea culture for many years, raising the idea of blending the leisure and elegant tea activities enjoyed by the ancients into our modern life, providing correct tea knowledge, and expanding the spirit and connotation of the times of the contemporary Taiwanese tea party. In this paper, the literature analysis method was applied to study the origin of tea in China, including the discussion of the Lu Yu Tea Study, the origin of tea, the history of tea culture, the evolution of the way of drinking tea, and the tea history of Taiwan; then by the appreciation of tea party style described in the ancient literature and paintings, it extends to the phenomenon of the tea party in Taiwan. An induction method was applied to sort out the styles of the ancient Chinese tea party and the contemporary Taiwanese tea party; the researcher offered the opportunity allowing us to appreciate twenty tea parties reflecting the elegant style of the ancient tea party, which was performed by the researcher in the past ten years, then it is followed by using the action study method to make tea party practice, writing ＂Butterfly Spring Dream＂ as well as performing the display of mobile tea seat. The results of this study provide the following conclusions: 1.Contemporary Taiwanese tea party is a modern and new way of interpreting the ancient tea culture.2.Contemporary Taiwanese tea party is the presentation of the creation of tea-drinking art and culture 3.Contemporary Taiwanese tea party is a game field where the origin will not be forgotten. |
