本研究的目的欲探討企業員工對於工作之組織公平、心流經驗與工作績效關係之研究。本研究以企業員工為研究對象,並採用便利抽樣法進行問卷調查,針對所回收之問卷利用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析與處理。本研究所得結論如下:組織公平對心流經驗與工作績效有顯著正向之影響;心流經驗對工作績效有顯著正向之影響;心流經驗於組織公平與工作績效之間具有部分中介效果;心流經驗於工作特性與工作績效之間具有部分中介效果。 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among Organizational Justice, flow experience and Work Performance. In this study, data of employees are collected by way of non-random sampling method to facilitate questionnaires, To test the research hypotheses, factor analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the other analyses were all done by SPSS. The resulting conclusions of this study are listed as follows: Organizational justice has a significant positive impact on flow experience and work performance respectively; Flow experience has a significant positive impact on work performance; Flow experience preserves partial mediation effect between organizational justice and work performance; Flow experience preserves partial mediation effect between job characteristics and work performance.
