    Abstract:   本研究旨在探討實施得勝者課程對國中生壓力因應之影響。針對嘉義市公立國中二年級學生,將其分成三組為研究對象,研究工具包含「得勝者課程評估問卷」及「國中生壓力因應量表」,採問卷調查方式進行,發出840份問卷,有效回收問卷為766份,所得資料以SPSS 19.0進行資料處理,以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關、多元迴歸等分析方式,獲致主要研究發現如下:一、不同背景國中生對學習得勝者課程並未有顯著差異。二、不同背景國中生其壓力因應方式有顯著差異。三、國中生在壓力因應策略中較常使用正向「情緒調適」及「面對問題」的方式。四、實施得勝者課程對國中生壓力因應產生正向的影響。五、實施得勝者課程對國中生壓力因應產生效果。  最後,本研究根據研究發現進行討論與建議,以供教育主管機關、教師及父母作為教育、輔導國中生參考。
      The purpose of this study was to explore effects of the Champions Course on junior high school students' stress coping.Therefore, the second year students of Chiayi City were divided into three groups. The research tools included the“ Champions Course Assessment Questionnaire”and the“ Junior High School Students'Stress Coping Scale”.The study is conducted through research on returned questionnaires. 840 questionnaires were issued,and 766 effective copies were returned. The data were analyzed and presented by describe statistic,t-test, one-way ANOVA,Scheffe's method,Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression, using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions19.The results were as follows: 1.There is no significant difference on different background junior high school students in learning the Champions Course. 2.There are significant differences on different background junior high school students in stress coping. 3.Junior high school students use the positive "emotional adjustment" and "face-to-face" approach in stress coping strategies. 4.The implementation of the Champions Course has a positive impact on junior high school students' stress coping. 5.The implementation of the Champions Course has effects on junior high school students' stress coping.  At last, this study is based on the findings of the study to discuss and advise for education authorities, teachers and parents as education, counseling.
