本文以莊子哲學為思想基礎，研究陳氏太極拳與王羲之書法的境界美學。第一章除了研究成果述評外，主要說明本文研究動機在拳法與書法可由莊學詮釋，並在研究方法方面，以創造性的詮釋為參考，而且因著拳法與書法的實作特性，另外提出以體驗觀念的表述為論文方法。第二章說明莊子思想的境界美學，主要引述〈逍遙遊〉文獻為代表，論述莊學的境界、心靈與體證等觀念，做為第三章詮釋太極拳與書法的理論基礎。第三章分別從養生、樂生、逍遙、境界，說明太極拳與書法所蘊含的美學，尤其著墨太極拳與書法的實踐工夫可以體證莊子思想的生命心境。最後結論根據二、三章所述，歸納太極拳與書法在莊子哲學的觀照下，可以實現精神價值、生命情調與美學境界，乃至體現哲學思想與生命實踐的結合。 My thesis study aesthetics of spiritual realm（境界） of Chen style taijiquan and xi-zhi Wang's calligraphy according to Zhuangzi philosophy. I describe the study motivation of thesis, which taijiquan skills and calligraphy could be interpreted by Zhuangzi thought, and descript the study papers in chapter 1. I also illustrate the study method of creative hermeneutics, and experiencing explanation because of pragmatic character of taijiquan skills and calligraphy in chapter 1. In chapter 2, according to 'Carefree roaming'（〈逍遙遊〉）, I illustrate Zhuangzi thought aesthetics of spiritual realm, and analyze the ideas of spiritual realm, mind and Immanent understanding, which to interpreting basic of taijiquan and calligraphy. I illustrate aesthetics of taijiquan and calligraphy, which concerning about immanent cultivation to life, happy life, carefree and spiritual realm in chapter 3. And I also emphasize that life practice of taijiquan and calligraphy could understand spiritual realm of life of Zhuangzi. I conclude, finally, that taijiquan and calligraphy could realize value of soul, life taste and aesthetics of spiritual realm according to the description of chapter 2 and 3. It is combination of theory and practice.
