本論文之研究主旨在探討莊子生命哲學對輔導工作的啟發，並以專任輔導教師為例。閱讀《莊子》經典、理解並詮釋文獻，進而取得經典中珍貴的智慧理路，找尋著可以淨化心靈和強大生命力量的源頭。莊子的生命哲學與哲學諮商領域的交會融通，結合療癒思想的功夫與境界，將之感悟融入真實生活中的實踐，轉化了人們生活信念的歷程反思，啟發了生命教育與輔導工作的視域，開展出專任輔導教師生涯實現的新圖像。 The main purpose of this paper's research is to explore the inspiration of Zhuangzi's life philosophy to counseling work, and taking full-time tutors as an example.
