    摘要:   近年來,由於科技蓬勃發展,網際網路已成為人與人的溝通工具;資訊數位化、科技化,也廣被應用於教育領域。而學齡前的孩童對於文字的運用極少,班級網頁運用對象多半為家長,教師如何操作與管理班級網頁,才能達到親師溝通之目的,值得探討。本研究以科技接受模式之架構與流程,透過問卷調查了解家長對於班級網頁之使用狀況,藉此評估幼兒園班級網頁是否需更新或補充資訊,以達到親師溝通無時差。研究結果顯示:一、家長使用班級網頁之現況:家長多半「偶而使用」使用班級網頁,且主要以查詢幼兒園最新消息為主。而不使用班級網頁之家長,則以「不知道有設站」為主,「工作太忙」為次要。二、家長對於班級網頁之意見:希望幼兒園班級網頁可以提供活動課程內容與所使用之教材繪本,同時也認為班級網頁需多新增孩子的照片。三、依據科技接受模式之架構,其各構面間之相關性:認知有用性對於家長所使用班級網頁之意圖具有高度相關性。由此可得知,幼兒園班級網頁可提供家長幼兒園相關資訊,同時亦可藉由網頁了解孩子的學習狀況,以達到親師溝通的目的。
      The internet has become the communication tool between the people based on the rapid development of technology in recent years. Information and technology digitalization are widely applied to education. However, little can the pre-school children use the words, so the class websites are most established for the parents. It is worthy to discuss how the teachers manipulate and manage the class websites to communicate with the parents well.  Based on the structure and process of Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), our research evaluated the necessity of additional or updated information on the pre-school class websites via the questionnaires about website using condition of parents to diminish the gap between teachers and parents.  The results are as below. First, most of the parents "occasionally use" the class websites for knowing the latest news from the pre-school. The main reason why the parents do not use class websites is "not knowing the information", followed by the "busy work". Second, the opinion from the parents is that they hope the teachers can upload the detail information of the class, drawing script and textbook used in the class. Moreover, they also suggest to upload the pictures of the children on the class websites. Last but not the least, according to the structure of TAM, knowing the class websites that is usefulness is highly relevant to the intention of the parents to use them.  As above, not only do the pre-school class websites provide the relevant information of the pre-school, but also make the parents understand the learning situation of their children. Through class website, teachers and parents can reach the purpose of communication well.
