本研究主要分析台灣與中國的經濟產業發展,探討我國產業競爭優勢,並且從鞋產業切入,在面對工業4.0的自動化機器人、感測器、物聯網、大數據分析及3D列印,台灣要如何連結這些相關的技術來優化工廠的製程,並且需要怎麼樣的破壞式創新,成為許多企業所重視的議題。本案主要是以個案研究法(case study method)為主,透過鎰呈行布料供應商,將餘料再利用支持全球永續發展議題,連結國內第一家運動鞋製造廠榮迪興公司,以及長期推動社會公益不遺餘力的芳德鑄鋁股份有限公司,藉由逢甲大學的媒合,提供循環經濟的方案,從社會創新角度出發,分析企業如何落實社會企業責任,嘗試培育社會創新人才。最後以創業九宮格模式總結「永續消費及生產模式」實際個案,並建構一有效模式有效連結產業與學校的教育,積極培養跨領域人才,邁向智慧製造,做為台灣鞋業結構轉型與發展之基礎。 The research mainly analyzes the economic industry development of Taiwan and China, to explore the competitive advantages of the industries in Taiwan. For the shoe industry, facing with the automatic robots, sensors, Internet of Things (IOT), big data analysis and 3D printing in industry 4.0, how to use these related technologies to optimize the process of factories and what’s a kind of destructive innovation needed have become the important issues concerned by many enterprises in Taiwan. This research used the case study method, and adopted the issue of supporting global sustainable development by reusing the excess materials from Yee Chain’s cloth suppliers. It attempted to provide the recycling economy plan, analyze how the enterprise fulfills its social responsibilities and attempts to cultivate the social innovation talents from the perspective of social innovation, together with the first sports shoe manufacturer Jung Di Hsing Industry of Taiwan and Fafa Casa which strived to contribute to the social welfare in a long term, through the cooperation of Feng Chia University. Finally, it concluded the “sustainable consumption and production mode” actual case using the Business Model Canvas, and built an effective mode to connect the industry and education at school, so as to positively cultivate the interdisciplinary talents, head for the smart manufacturing and lay the foundation for the reconstruction and development of shoe industry in Taiwan.
