摘要: | 澎湖有著「台灣夏威夷」美名,奎壁山摩西分海、大菓葉玄武岩、漁翁燈塔、通樑古榕、跨海大橋…等等著名景點,讓澎湖觀光蓬勃發展,106年度觀光人數更是突破百萬,在這大環境下讓澎湖民宿民宿一間一間的蓋,而且沒有消止的跡象,在環境變化過程中的在地民宿業者之經營策略為何,探討民宿公司的經營與管理,瞭解澎湖 IN公司將數個獨立的休特色民宿以SOP服務的方式經營、包裝與行銷等方式結合各文化體驗,進而產生出不同以往的經營模式。研究方法以訪談法,針對個案相關人員進行深度訪談,以瞭解個案在投入多元類型民宿,所可能延伸出來問題,並再依受訪者本身、公司員工、風景管理處、安全管理、同業及遊客等面向,由受訪者依其主觀了解方向或意見提出詳細說明,以供探討。 Wuhu has the reputation of "Taiwanese Hawaii", Kuibi Mountain Moxi Lake, Daguoye Basalt, Yuwen Lighthouse, Tongliang Ancient Temple, Cross-sea Bridge, etc., which make Penghu sightseeing flourish, and the number of tourists in 106 is even more Breaking through a million, in this environment, let the Wuhu B&B and the B&B have a cover, and there is no sign of the disappearance.
