摘要: | 校園之主體,就在於「人」這「生命主體」上,而教育裡面的「人」其任務在繼往開來、奮發上遂,傳承文化生命、陶冶人格內涵,然後成為人格健全美滿的人-自內有文化涵養與人格修養、外有周濟天下的一種與道、與天地同大的人格境界狀態,也就是「聖人」。 本文說明「聖人」之內涵,可以由老子之「道」、「無」與「有」之「玄德」、「自然」等概念來理解。而且,聖人體無,空虛其德,無為無不為,能不生而生天地萬物,使被生者存在之在其自己,也就是成為他自己,而非任何人的工具。其工夫就以「致虛守靜」為始而自然呈顯出「守柔不爭」之生命實踐表現,同時呈顯出「無為心境」之境界證成。本文進而申論聖人之工夫境界,讓天地萬物歸根復命,各自脫離妄作而回到了其本真美好。 本文參考當代對老子哲學詮釋的研究方法,以內容真理的角度,透過老子聖人觀,省察校園三個主要角色之可能問題以及如何可以有有道之表現。三個主要角色是:領導角色、教師角色、學生角色。要之,三個主要角色之種種可能問題根源於不能致虛守靜,而種種有道之表現根源於能夠致虛守靜-化除自己身心內外、意識形態等造作,使復歸其自有永有之天真美好的價值,沒身不殆而天長地久。 The main body of the campus lies in the "human subject" of "human beings", and the "people" in education has the task of continuing to open up, surging and cultivating, inheriting cultural life, cultivating the connotation of personality, and then becoming a person with perfect personality.
